We cannot guarantee the accuracy of colours which may differ to photos on our website, handmade products can vary from time to time.
Purchasing product(s) with La Femme
Once you purchase a products on our site, we will email you acknowledgement of your order. In a rare cases of technical error leading to un-fulfilment of order we will refund you the full cost.
Some of our brand’s delivery times may vary especially if the product is made to measure or a limited edition.
Taxes and import duties
If you order products from the U.K to other countries you may be subject to import duties and taxes. U.K customers ordering products from other countries may be subject to import duties and tax. La Femme Network cannot take responsibility for these occurrences - in such situations you will have to pay in order to receive the product.
Return and refunds
We hope you are always happy with your product and service provided. If you are unhappy with your purchase or have changed your mind, please email us at info@lafemmenetwork and we will start the returns process. We offer 14 days refund policy on all products as long as they are unused with labels still on and in original packaging.
